Departures Potter Schiff Guarisco Eisenberg Barry Bertsch to exit governance society Kenneth Bertsch will step down as CEO of the $3M-revenue Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals in New York City to join a corporate governance advisory firm later this year. Bertsch was named CEO of the organization in 2010. He has a law degree from Fordham University.
